Lost Vineyards 'The Hike' Sauvignon Blanc 2021

This ultra-rare Sauv Blanc is inspired by the fresh, mineral-driven, structured whites of Pouilly-Fum��. The grapes were picked at optimal ripeness to balance citrus and stone fruit flavours with a firm acidic backbone. It was then fermented in older French oak barrels and aged on lees for 16 months to build texture and complexity before racking and bottling.
